Hypocrites in Heart

The Christian Church today is no different from the Jewish Church in Jeremiah’s day. They do not obey the voice of the Lord! Beware of becoming delusional! Do not leave your first love! Many live a lie today and live like the world and go on believing they are saved. Many have come under the delusion of false teachers. False professions mean nothing, worldly sorrow produces no true repentance! Many continue in their own way and refuse the words of the prophets. God commands all men everywhere to repent, God is coming to judge the world in righteousness. You must repent to be saved from hell. Do not avoid what God has spoken! To refuse God is to come under the wrath of God. The justified live by faith which produces obedience. The Christian is not free to live as they please. How is the Christian Church different from the Church in Jeremiah’s day? Unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Obey the voice of the Lord!

God's Purpose

The purpose of Christ was to do the will of the Father, and He would not let anything get in the way of completing this purpose. This was His single purpose. His love for God made everything else less. Sin is the opposite, it is when we let something become more important that our love for God. His poverty did not matter, his pain, his suffering, his ridicule did not matter! He condemned pomp and pride! He loved the Father with everything. Christ calls us to humble ourselves and receive eternal life. The believer must also find their purpose in God in order to have continued unity through agreement with God! Everything else is false religion. Jesus Christ must be exalted above everything else. Christ did all for the will of the Father, we must join His purposes in this. Christ came to show us the Father and those who follow Him will be baptized in the Holy Spirit and purified by faith.

Christian Perfection

This sermon jam is focuses on how it is the will of God to sanctify His followers as they follow Him and live in obedience to His word. This is what Jesus prays for in His high priestly prayer, that His disciples would be sanctified by the Truth. His disciples were separated from the sin of the world, they were consecrated to God, and Jesus said that He would perfect them as they kept His word. It is the will of God that His disciples are to be sanctified! True disciples must remain consecrated to God in order to go on in faith. He does not want them to turn from Him and lose their faith. The prayer of Christ is asking His Father to sanctify His disciples, and this is only possible as believers go on in consecrated obedience to God. Perfection takes places after consecration through daily, developmental obedience. May each disciple remain obedient, endure without spot, and allow God to reveal Christ within them. May this sermon jam be an encouragement to you to continue on in your Christian walk. Please listen to it and share it with others.

The Fall and Restoration of Man

This video jam highlights the tragedy of the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and the remedy for the sin problem. It speaks of the enemy of sin that was birthed in their disobedience. Adam abandoned God and His holiness and fell in love with the creation instead. There is no issue more important to human society than righteousness and holiness. There is nothing that mankind can do to break the bonds of sin. God demands that all people repent and turn to Him to make them over again, He wants us to surrender our life to Him and lived in obedience to His commands. God calls mankind to holiness by His standards, not by our standards, or the standards of our Church. Jesus Christ is the standard. Sin will not be outgrown, it must be killed.
